Other than access to Web Browsers, there are no other issues with her internet, she can be on Skype fine, on Steam fine, she can download and upload files through other mediums such as the file browser in Teamspeak, or send them through Skype. Firefox was not on the computer at the time of the issue arrising, so I sent her an installer for Firefox and it encountered the same problem when attempting to start up.
We've tried re-installing Google Chrome, and it did not solve the situation. The computer restarted itself while she was asleep and when she woke up none of her browsers were working any more.
The issue started a day or two again after a windows update. This is with Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
